Even with the clocks back an hour, still an 8am sunrise today. Getting hard to ring home as at 7am it is already 11pm in Sydney and in the afternoon here at say 4pm it is 8pm in Sydney but Internet is slow with everybody on line.

Wheelchair needed, rough weather again, outside decks closed but Kevin sneaked out before last door was taped off, but had trouble opening door against the wind. We were told that we were very lucky at Easter Island as port was closed the day before and looking at today’s sea, most likely closed today.

Kevin was up early after another extra hours sleep last night and a fellow passenger pointed out the Space Station crossing the sky above us. It took a few minutes to cross and disappear into the horizon. Kevin managed to get a picture of it passing. It was a bit larger than Venus and elongated.
Everything in pearls, these were the only thing in the shops the girls did not want.
